Patrick Haines is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and has been a practicing personal injury lawyer in Texas since 1992. Patrick has focused his entire career on representing the injured victims of negligence. His career has included numerous cases which have gone to trial and obtained substantial compensation for his clients. His first victory in trial as lead counsel occurred in 1997 when a Dallas jury awarded $968,000.00 to his client. Patrick’s most recent jury trials have included a $26.1 million verdict in an Arizona helicopter crash wherein the pilot was paralyzed for life and $21.8 million dollar verdict obtained for a railroad worker suffering from cancer caused by occupational exposures. In addition, Patrick has represented thousands of cancer victims exposed to toxic substances such as asbestos, benzene, vinyl chloride, silica and diesel exhaust. Patrick is a life long resident of Texas and has three children.
