I was in a car accident where the other driver hit the back of my car. I originally tried dealing with my car insurance and the other drivers insurance. The other drivers insurance was horrible.  Then I called LeMaster Law Firm which I would recommend everyone to do from day one if you are ever in an accident. There is so much I could say about Jennifer, Tisha, Tanya, and Lovelee, but I will keep it simple.  I have had dealings with only one other lawyer and at a very vulnerable time in my life. That experience was unpleasant to say the least.

After being hit from behind by a man that was not only undocumented , but driving with no license , registration , and in a vehicle with stolen license plates and tags , I figured there was nothing anyone was going to be able to do to help me . She will get you the most out of any case you have. Abbie pushed through companies trying to drag their feet and got them to get back to her in a more timely manner. I've had cases in the past and the lawyers always sat on their hands and were very minimally communitive, waiting for companies to get back to them on their time. I had a great experience working with Lemaster Law Firm. Jennifer is an excellent lawyer, and I also worked closely with her assistant, Tisha, who was equally helpful throughout the process. Their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail were phenomenal, and I truly appreciate the amazing result I received for my settlement.
If I could give one piece of feedback, it would be around setting clear expectations for the timeline of the process. Since this was my first major accident and the first time I needed to hire a lawyer, I wasn't sure what to expect. At times, the process felt very long, and I found myself checking in often to see if there were updates.
To be clear, whenever I reached out they were always very prompt to respond and gave me the updates I needed. Still, I think clients would really value having some kind of regular check-in-whether weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever fits their schedule. That extra communication would help make the process feel more transparent and reassuring. Sometimes, because it felt so lengthy (my claim took almost 10months to settle) I honestly had moments where I thought about just saying "never mind" and walking away from the claim altogether, not knowing how much longer it might take and if the settlement would be worth “the hassle” but it was definitely worth it!
