Attorney at Law – Abbie G. Berger

Attorney Abbie G. Berger

Abbie G. Berger is a committed plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer with extensive litigation experience, leadership skills, and a strong dedication to the client-first approach that characterizes LeMaster Law Firm. Prior to joining the firm, Abbie practiced at the largest personal injury law firm in Texas, where she litigated cases through trial and later served as an Attorney Manager supervising and mentoring a team of young attorneys. Over the course of her career, she has secured millions of dollars in compensation for injured Texans.

Before becoming an attorney, Abbie worked in property management, where she built a solid foundation in customer service and developed a genuine appreciation for connecting with people. She believes in treating every client with the same care and respect she would want for her own family—a philosophy that has guided her throughout her career and has turned many former clients into lifelong friends.

Abbie earned her J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law, where she received both the Dean’s Scholarship and Fellowship. During law school, she worked as a Research Assistant for a torts professor and served as the Editor of the Dean’s Research Fellows, an organization responsible for research and writing projects for the dean and other faculty members. She holds a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin with a double major in Government and American Studies.

She is licensed to practice law in Texas and is an active member of the Houston Bar Association, the San Antonio Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Texas Bar College—an honorary society comprising about four percent of Texas attorneys who demonstrate outstanding commitment to continuing legal education and professionalism.

Born and raised in Houston, Abbie enjoys giving back to the community where she grew up. Outside of work, she loves animals, film, stand-up comedy, reality TV, and ballroom dancing. She also enjoys traveling whenever she can and spending time with her family and best friends. A lifelong learner, she is currently working toward a master’s degree in Political Science with plans to continue on to a Ph.D. program someday.
